I consent that GMT d.o.o. (or its legal successor) collects, processes and stores my personal data for the purpose of applying for education. The provided data (name, surname and email address) will be used exclusively for registration formalities, invoicing, keeping records of participants, issuing certificates of participation and other purposes of the educational event (notification of possible changes, provision of material and important information related to education). Organizer of technical training GMT d.o.o. undertakes that the data provided as part of the application will be carefully processed, stored and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP, R. list 59/2001) and the general EU data protection regulation - GDPR. The data will be handled carefully and ethically, and will not be passed on to third parties. They will be used exclusively for the above activities. Upon request, the data can be deleted from the records at any time. The individual has the right to delete personal data (e.g. if the legal basis in the law of the European Union or the Republic of Slovenia for their processing and storage no longer exists), the right to request access to personal data or their correction, the right to request restriction of personal data processing and the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority against the controllers. The supervisory authority in the Republic of Slovenia is the Information Commissioner. The request to delete data from the records can be forwarded at any time to info@gmt.si.
